Tristar Acquires Two Iowa Based Administrators By Lonce LaMon - July 19, 2010
The deal is finally done. Tristar Insurance Group (aka Tristar Risk Management) acquired American Administrators and International Administrators, both based in Des Moines, Iowa.
The companies will be folded into Tristar Benefit Administrators, with the combined organization giving Tristar full benefits capability including self insured medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, Flex, Section 125, COBRA, HIPPA programs, etc. The companies have over 200 clients in the upper Midwest, Kentucky, Texas and California.
Service centers will be established throughout Tristar's twenty offices nationwide.
