An insurance carrier in California needs a home-based workers' compensation supervisor who is available for extensive travel and is a strong superviser for motivating adjusters and moving case loads. Must have at least 5 years of recent supervisory experience, and have some background with an insurance carrier. Must be available for travel 50% of the time. (Two full work weeks per month.)
Must have a good background in workers' compensation claims handling and supervision.
Must be good at plans of action and holding adjusters accountable. Salary range 75 to 95K.
